About a 3 hour drive northwest from Toronto is this gorgeous small town of Point Clark, Ontario. I have two words for you…. backyard wedding!!! A change of gears comes fresh every once in a while with this intimate 40 guest wedding and I just love it!! When Melanie and Mike first told me that they were planning to get married at their parents’ backyard, little knots of excitement went through my head and couldn’t wait to capture their day in such a unique setting! The day started off as they stood in front of close friends and family in the beach front area of the property and said their vows to each other. They then played some good ol’ backyard lawn games like horseshoes, molkky, shuffleboard and bocce. We sat down for dinner served by the wonderful Burkes Catering team while we listened to funny stories by friends & family. And lastly, capped the wonderful night off with the music talents of The Medicine Hat band.
