Paying attention to the little details is one of my favourite things to observe on a wedding day…and this day is no different! Three rare and wonderful things happened on this wedding day that I will not forget. I began this day at the Edward Hotel witnessing a haircut experience by the groom. Ram invited his personal barber to cut his hair and I must say that this is quite rare to see on a wedding day due to time constraints, but boy was this so cool to have him do this! Alyssa also managed to surprise Ram by making a super cool video message (along with some talented singing by Alyssa) that eventually brought Ram to tears! And lastly, both Ram and Alyssa were officially bonded in marriage by Ram’s very own father, who is a deacon at St. Maria Goretti Catholic church! You really can’t get anymore personal with that as the deacon also managed to share some wonderful, comical but yet heartfelt advice about marriage to cap off the evening! …quite possibly one of the best father speeches I’ve heard in a long time!
