My photographs are simply an interpretation of all my influences & life experiences and I believe that there is a story behind each photo. Every wedding is different, which means your story will be different & unique in itself.
MY APPROACH
Hello! My name is Keith Acedera and I am a wedding photographer based out of Toronto, Canada. I have been shooting weddings since 2009 but have been in love with photography since I was 8 years old. I even remember asking Santa Claus to get me a simple point and shoot camera back in the film days. Sure enough, I tried my best to avoid his naughty list! As Christmas 1990 came along and I was granted my very first camera — Vivitar AF300…after all, I was a good kid!
I chose to shoot weddings right after getting married in 2008 to my best friend. Running through the motions of my very own wedding day simply inspired me as I thought to myself “how cool would it be to tell other people’s stories!”…and I freakin’ love it!!
When a couple hires me to capture their wedding day, it’s with great honor and a privilege to have the experiences and opportunities that I get on their special day. Just imagine… a day that cannot be repeated nor replicated and quite frankly, goes by very quick! But what will remain for the next months and years to come are the memories and images. So I am deeply humbled that they entrusted me to tell their story of the day…and hopefully, those stories will be told for many many years to come with their children’s children. And this is why I LOVE capturing the emotions of the day, rather than simply a record of who was there. No Fluff — just the real stuff! It is with those REAL RAW EMOTIONS that are most beautiful to me, since these cannot be faked nor posed no matter how hard you try!
